Your attendees expect their personal data to be protected. Our SaaS event app platform is designed to be DSGVO compliant accordingly. Data is stored in a modern high-performance data centre in Germany, which has been awarded the C5 test certificate by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).

All data is transmitted and stored in encrypted form. Our technical and organisational measures and corresponding order processing agreements ensure the necessary level of protection. Many large companies have confirmed this to us.

Amazon Web Services is hubs101’s data hosting partner. As the preferred provider of companies such as Adobe, Netflix and Unilever, Amazon also stores hubs101’s customer data on their data centre in Frankfurt am Main, securely, reliably and in Germany. Access to Event App Software

Employee Training

Every employee of hubs101 is thoroughly trained on positive identification practices via telephone and email. Internally, access permissions are carefully managed according to the “principle of minimal rights” using multi-level authentication.

Backup & disaster recovery

A backup of the hubs101 database is made every 20 minutes to minimise the negative impact of an unlikely critical incident.

Penetration testing & development standards

To ensure the highest possible security, hubs101 adheres to OWASP Top Ten and SDLC standards and conducts regular penetration testing. We use reliable data encryption & crypto standards such as TLS 1.2. Our hosting can be either on dedicated servers or in the ISO/IEC 27001 certified cloud.

Incident response

In the extremely rare event of a system failure, hubs101 staff follow strict guidelines in terms of root cause determination, customer communication and follow-up.
