1. What is the difference between Sessions and Workshops?

In addition to presentations, workshops and world cafes are also offered at the events.

Sessions are presentations by speakers on a specific topic. You can ask questions in the chat, but there is no open discussion with other participants.

In workshops you have the opportunity to discuss directly with others about a specific topic and to share your ideas and suggestions with other participants.

The world cafes also gives you the opportunity to discuss and engage with others about different topics, this type of sessions are not streamed on the app.

2. How can I join sessions?

If you are on the event lobby, the livestream will be displayed directly. Click on green “live” button next to “streaming”. Follow the instructions that are displayed and you can join the session.

There is a possibility that several sessions take place at the same time. To be able to chose a session, look under the livestream, choose the session you want to join and click on “Join now”.

You can also go via the menu item “Agenda”, select the session and click on “Join now”.

3. What if I could not attend a session?

All presentations will be recorded. If you can’t make it to see a presentation live, you can watch it again later.

To do this, search the agenda for the session you want to see again. You will find either a video of the presentation itself or a link to the recording under “Watch recording”.
