1. Where to find my meetings?

In your Meeting area, you can find all the meetings related to your profile. Go to  “My Meetings” on the menu.

These can appear under different status:

  1. All: All Meetings
  2. Confirmed: Meetings that you confirmed
  3. Invites: Meetings that you are invited to
  4. Pending: Upcoming Meetings
  5. Declined: Declined Meeting Requests
  6. Cancelled: Meetings cancelled
  7. Delivered: Delivered Meetings

2. How to answer a meeting request?

Participants in an event can request meetings with other attendees.  All requests received appear under “My Meetings”.

When you click on a meeting request, you can accept the invite or decline the invite.

If you accepted the meeting you can click on the calendar icon in order to add the meeting to your Outlook, Google or Apple calendar.

3. How to request a meeting?

If you want to have a meeting with another attendee go to the attendee list and search for the desired participant or you go to “My Meetings” and click on “Request Meeting” .

After clicking on “Request Meeting”, you can choose the date, time, location and the name . You can also write a short message.

Click “Send Invite” and the attendee will receive the meeting request in the app and an automatically created email with the data for the meeting request.

Once the time of the meeting has taken place you will be asked if
the meeting took place. If the meeting did take place you will be able to rate the meeting, but if the meeting did not take place you will be able to schedule a new one.

4. Do I get meeting notifications?

Yes, host and invitees of meetings get notified about new meetings and updated meeting status, if the settings are set on for meeting notifications. For more information on how to activate your meeting notifications click here.
A reminder is also sent 4 hours before the meeting, if the meeting invite is still pending.
